The Pollo Tropical project reflects IBERICA Construction’s experience executing multi-level QSR restaurant buildings with a strong focus on operational efficiency and brand consistency. The two-story structure was constructed using durable exterior systems and brand-approved finishes, ensuring long-term performance while maintaining a highly visible street presence aligned with corporate standards.

Large window systems were installed to maximize natural light within the dining areas while meeting structural, energy, and code requirements. The building layout supports clear separation between customer areas and back-of-house operations, contributing to efficient daily service and staff circulation.

Drive-thru operations were a key construction priority. The site work, paving, and lane configuration were executed to provide clear vehicle circulation, smooth traffic flow, and safe access points. Integrated signage, canopy elements, and exterior details were installed to support brand recognition without disrupting operational efficiency.
