The KFC Torrejón project reflects IBERICA Construction’s expertise in delivering ground-up QSR restaurant buildings under strict corporate brand standards. The exterior construction incorporates brand-approved façade systems, including red paneling and durable wood cladding, installed to ensure long-term performance, weather resistance, and consistent brand visibility.

Large glazed window systems were constructed to support natural interior lighting while meeting structural, energy, and safety requirements. The building envelope was executed to balance durability, efficiency, and a clean corporate appearance aligned with KFC’s global standards.

Site work and exterior construction were coordinated to support efficient customer access and high-volume operations. Parking areas, pedestrian routes, and drive-thru circulation were built to optimize traffic flow, accessibility, and safety. Landscape elements were integrated without interfering with visibility or operational efficiency.
